Mungkin saya boleh mulakan dengan tema blog ini terlebih dahulu? Saya ingin berkongsi tentang kesihatan, nutrisi, tips, senaman, terma-terma klinikal dll. Hmmm..

  • Training and exercise blogs – These are health blogs that publish content about physical exercise and physical training. They tend to teach and provide guidance on exercising.
  • Disease and disorder blogs – These are mainly informational health blogs authored by doctors and such professionals. These sub-niche can have sub-niches dedicated to individual diseases and health conditions.
  • Healthy living blogs – these are health blogs that contain information concerned with aspects of a healthy life such as wellness.
